Delivery, Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

THERAPY - DELIVERY, EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the Psychologist, advertiser or consumer of the products sold on the TERAPPIA platform, may request withdrawal from the contract or purchase, within seven (7) days from the signing of the platform or purchase. of space for advertisement of office sublease. In the case of products purchased in the virtual store, called “Loja do Terappeuta”, the term starts from the receipt of the purchased product. If the period of (seven) 7 days is exceeded, you will no longer be allowed to return, refund and/or exchange of any kind.

In this way, and in compliance with these deadlines, Terappia will refund the full value of the product or subscription purchased, in accordance with the requirements listed below.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges for physical products

  • Your product must be in the same condition you received it.

  • The product must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • We only offer refunds for products sold at the regular price, products that are on sale or in stock cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are found to have manufacturing defects or damage. In this case, if the buyer wants to exchange it for an identical product, just send us an email tocommercial@terappia.com.br or make contact with our commercial WhatsApp: +55 (21) 99850-0928 and request the exchange.

goods not covered

The following goods are not covered by the refund policy:

  • Interactive digital card.

  • Any article that is not in its original condition, violated, damaged, or missing parts or pieces for reasons other than the fault of the seller.

  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a chargeback will be automatically applied to your credit card or other payment method, within a number of days to be informed by email.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is credited.

  • If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us by email commercial@terappia.com.br or make contact with our commercial WhatsApp: +55 (21) 99850-0928.

 

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. The product must be shipped to the same address as the sender. In case of doubt, contact TERAPPIA by emailcommercial@terappia.com.br or make contact with our business WhatsApp: +55 (21) 99850-0928

  • The buyer is entirely responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on the delivery location, the product arrival time may vary.

  • TERAPPIA is not responsible for any loss or non-delivery of the product by the Post Office or Carrier, therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product and in this case, the refund will not be made under any circumstances.

 

This policy is valid from October 1, 2020.
